    The more I listen to/watch this trailer the clearer things are. I didn't pick this last bit up until yesterday (lost count how many times I've watched the whole trailer lol!)

    Since this lastest release, I went back and watch all TFA teasers and trailers as well as the whole film.
    And I've come to the conclusion that all this trailer has done is was it's supposed to.

    GET US ALL FREAKING HYPED FOR DECEMBER BABEEEEEE!!!!

    Seriously tho, we know they shot additional footage/dialogue for previous trailers to generate excitement/misdirection
    And upon reflection they didn't spoil the film for me at all. They just added context.

    Sometimes when you go and watch these films with no direction at all, at first viewing you get lost as there's too much going on and you miss a lot of stuff.

    I'm gonna take a guess that...

    The resistance is defeated and Kylo comes for Leia and takes her away from Crait. We know that Leia doesn't die because she is on Crait in the trailer. Sure that trailer is kind of deceiving, but would Kylo really kill his mom? I think not. I believe he's holding out his hand to Leia...to join him or to save her.

    This video is just showing the story, if you haven't seen in TFA that Rey and Kylo are a mirror of each other and won't be enemies for the entirety of the trilogy then you will see it in December in the theater when it will become completely obvious.

    The "epic story of of Rey and Kylo" won't be "Rey will hate Kylo until the end and will kill him and dance over his corpse", it will be more complex, but some people are afraid of this...

    I was looking today and found out that Ren is 10 years older than Rey (he 29, she 19).

    Also, in TFA's novel Snoke can feel that Ren has compassion for Rey but why? I'm leaning towards the fact that he'll soon find out that she's his sister.

    Worth pointing out that Han was 29 when he met Leia, who was 19; Padmé was also several years older than Anakin, too. I'm not a Reylo fan myself, but it's not exactly something going against it.

    I still think her being Luke's daughter or random-but-not-completely is more likely than her being a Solo at this point.

    Regarding Ren's supposed compassion for Rey, anyone else recall how unlike Finn, Ren never tried cutting Rey with the crossguard blade in their first duel? That could be explored in this movie.

    Also, in BTS images Adam was revealed to be dueling with three stuntmen which could be the Praetorian guards. Maybe Ren is fighting them for training purposes whereas Rey will be fighting for survival?
