@Julius Fett, apparently there is a huge debate going on about Anakins true age. So we aren't the only ones who are argueing about this.
    - 41,9 BBY: Anakin Skywalker is born.
    - 32 BBY: Anakin Skywalker is nine years old, turns ten at the end of the movie
    - 22 BBY: 10 years later Anakin Skywalker is twenty years old.
    - 19 BBY: Anakin Skywalker is twenty-three years old.

But I can live with your statement too. But Ben was definitely 23 during Bloodline, that's confirmed by Pablo.

Odd. It doesn’t even add up properly, seeing as Anakin could have only had his 9th birthday in 32 BBY (TPM) and could have only had his 19th birthday in 22 BBY (AOTC).

Unless being the Chosen One means he can add an extra birthday whenever he likes, I’m not seeing how this could have been messed up. Perhaps it would be worth looking into whatever determined his age as becoming 10 shortly after TPM and AOTC being set 10 years and 1 months later?

Thing is, I thought he was born 42 BBY not too long ago too, so there’s definitely something strange going on regarding the timeline. Doesn’t make much sense at all.

Also: we better get that confirmed in the TLJ Visual Guide!

Not because I don’t believe you, but it’s one of a long list of things that Pablo has confirmed on Twitter that is missed by the majority of the people that it’s really aimed at (hence why I’m not a fan of how Pablo handles things regarding canon on Twitter).

    I definitely agree with that.

I'm not a fan of Pablo either because he's crushing theories all the time.

    Right?!

Don’t get me wrong, I’m a huge fan of having someone to clarify things for fans who need it, but to go out of your way to crush Snoke is Plagueis theories, etc., seems way above his pay grade.

The fun around TLJ right now isn’t just the thought of watching it: it’s the speculation. He’s killing it almost outright with a lot of the tangents that he goes off on. Likewise, the speculation and anticipation is exactly what’s going to drive us into theatres opening night/weekend.

Personally, I think he’s the embodiment of the best and worst you can find in a SW fan.

He seems a genuinely nice and friendly guy, but he crushes theories and throws out new info - such as that regarding Kylo’s age around the time of Bloodline - whenever he feels like it, and his comments cause way more arguments than they do settle them.

This is not my theory but I did expand on it a little. The collider jedi council asks"Did Kylo Get His Lightsaber From Luke's Green Saber?"

You can watch that here if you like

After watching I had the thought of;what if Luke lost his saber kind of a call back to Anakin losing his and losing Anakin's(although that was Vader's fault by cutting off Luke's hand) but because of the destruction of Temple/Academy,or whatever it was and then Kylo took it and modified it to make his own?

Now I'm not quite sure or totally believe he done this but something to think about. Of course Luke could still have it locked up somewhere in the force tree or something.

With Leia's journey in the Star Wars saga coming to an end after Episode 9... are we sure that Kylo doesn't go the opposite of the "redemption route"? Snoke was obviously trying to separate him from his parents, and since we know Leia will be no more after this episode, what will keep him from fully committing to the Dark Side (by the way, I think we are all of the belief that Kylo doesn't kill Leia, not after all that trepidation after killing Han, the trailer is most likely misdirection).

Before Carrie died I thought Leia and Rey would bring Kylo back to the light. Now I think Hayden Christensen will replace Carrie's part and show him the real way of the force as the force ghost of Anakin Skywalker.

    I agree sir.

it was surely on the table as an option even before Carrie passed?

I was thinking this today. Could the cracked kyber crystal in Ren's lightsabre be the same one from Vader's lightsabre that he lost when his arm got cut off?

This was speculated from the very beginning and there is still no answer to it. A while ago there was a rumor which claimed that Luke got a part of Vader's lightsaber crystal and Kylo wants it to stabilize his own saber. But this was supposedly debunked.
It's possible that Kylo Ren constructed his lightsaber with the help of Vader's one, but how could it have survive the explosion of the second Death Star?

I can’t remember but did it fall down the shaft when Vader’s hand was chopped off? If not, could Luke have taken it?

Yes both his hand and the saber fell. Even Pablo says it did. They both are gone.

In all fairness, early TFA concept art had Kira (Rey) exploring the remains of the second Death Star (supposedly on Endor):

Whilst it is unlikely that much of any of this was carried over, it is worth noting that the Skywalker lightsaber served a much greater purpose in earlier drafts of the film. Whilst still a footnote in the final product, it is still important to the story, and seems to have some implied history.

We also have many of the remains of the second Death Star evident in campaign gameplay for the upcoming Battlefront II, so it seems that it wasn’t destroyed nearly, if not totally, outright, unlike like the original, which makes sense considering it’s sheer size in comparison.

If it’s important to the story of the sequel trilogy - which it very well could be, given the emphasis on the Skywalker legacy lightsaber and Kylo clearly influenced by and idolising his grandfather, Vader - then I’m confident that RJ will have worked it into the story in a way which satisfies us fans.

I know, but there is reason why this was scrapped. It made no sense at all. I'm not saying Vader's won't appear in the ST. I actually want it to appear, but it's unlikely. Mainly because the focus should stay on the real Skywalker sword.

Adam Driver: “I remember the initial conversations about having things ‘skinned’, peeling away layers to evolve into other people, and the person Kylo’s pretending to be on the outside is not who he is. He’s a vulnerable kid who doesn’t know where to put his energy, but when he puts his mask on, suddenly, he’s playing a role. JJ [Abrams] had that idea initially and I think Rian [Johnson] took it to the next level.” “You have, also, the hidden identity of this princess who’s hiding who she really is so she can survive and Kylo Ren and her hiding behind these artifices.” “It’s hard to talk about [Carrie Fisher’s death] without saying generic things. Like, ‘It’s shocking,’ but it was. Or ‘It’s incredibly sad,’ which it is. I mean, it is all of those things.” “The whole cast was downstairs in a conference room, talking through what’s supposed to happen at this big event. [Carrie] was like, ‘Just pretend you’re down to earth. People love that ****.'” [Laughs] “So now I pretend I’m down to earth and you know what? People really do love that blast. They eat it up.” “When I watched the premiere, I felt sick to my stomach… Immediately, I thought I was going to puke. I was holding my wife [Joanne Tucker]’s hand, and she’s like, ‘You’re really cold. Are you OK?’ Because I just knew what was coming – I kill Harrison Ford – and I didn’t know how this audience of 2,000 people was going to respond to it, you know?” (October 29, 2017 - preview)

Great interview by AD. I sometimes wonder who's words we are reading, Kylo or Adam's.
