Today's my kitten's 2nd birthday .

 

Drove my brother home from Uni last night and I got to see my kitty.

 

So you wont apreciate this pic of me with a tiger snake them? 5th most deadly snake in Australia...



Technically this one is a legless lizard.



This one is my trust steed and spirit animal, Spud.



And my faithful hound.

 

Funny enough I'm coming to Australia this Saturday and those first pictures made me nearly cancel my tickets but the last few did not .

 

I dropped my baby off to his hotel for the next couple weeks while I'm in Australia and this was his face:

This is the first reason why I nearly cancelled my trip besides your reptiles @Empire Jo .

 

Oh that face, how could you. Though I guess your not abandoning pooch for years on a Dessert planet, lol. Did you say "sweetheart, I'll come back"?

And dont worry, you probably wont see a snake. Though if you do, it will be deadly. Unless your going North. They have a few pythons. Every snake in the Southern regions is super deadly, we don't have any that aren't,

He's in Texas...my baby kitten (daughter) is here in Irvine , easy breed is your dog; your dog has a similar expression as you and it's freaking adorable .

He can be quite the Sith Lord with his lutino mutation if sunlight is directly hitting his eyes.

I sadly don't have any pets at the moment, apartment living and whatnot. I grew up with two cats, my black one name Sweetie and my brother's white one named Snowball. Also had a Black Lab Chesapeake mix named Cooper that stayed with my folks. Don't have any pics of them on this laptop, but if I get a chance I'll upload some. My brother has a new cat now named Frodo, although she's currently in the care of my parents as well.

 

I can understand the woes of apartment living. Originally, I had a dog (a female German Shorthaired Pointer named Astra, coincidentally born on the same day as I and gifted to me because of that) before I got a parrot. She died about a year before I moved into the city and once I did, I felt having a parrot was probably a more sensible choice.

Before getting to Darwin (the Indian Ringneck pictured above), I had a blue budgerigar for six years and a green one afterwards for but a week and a half (he just disappeared one day with his food container split in half). After that came a blue Fischer's lovebird which I've had for five years, then decided to pause for a full year. I think I would have paused indefinitely had my friends not bought this one for my birthday.

 

I'm in Melbourne right now and my friend who's watching my place sent me this:
