    Ahh. I assumed that WAS the Jedi school massacre. And I thought that was maybe a KOR who Kylo killed...That dang Forceback is tricky.
    What are the hints from the behind the scenes stuff? I watched all the stuff on the standard bluray(what little bit there was). Is this stuff from the 3d Bluray?

    Nope. On a leaked call sheet. Which, by nature of it being an official document but also being something that was excised from the movie itself, means some of it may have changed, but we have knowing. Until then, it's the best guess that we can go off of until it's either made canon or debunked altogether.

    Apparently, you can see Kylo Ren holding the lightsaber in his other hand if you adjust the brightness of the imagery, so it's suggested, at the very least, that the village being pillaged is at least where Kylo Ren recovered the lightsaber. How Maz got it is what continues to remain unclear - officially, anyway.
