    im gonna say she is a random from our point of view. she wont be related to luke or be a skywalker in some round about way but she, her backstory/family may be important from an in universe perspective. im gonna say either she is connected to something ancient or she is from the bad side, maybe a combo of both. i dont mean reincarnation of something ancient.maybe her and her family belonged to a religious cult or something linked to the ancient jedi temple. i think it could allow a lot of creativity with the story, expand the universe and possibly go beyond a simple black and white story of good vs evil,cousin vs cousins.
