    No official released information on these guys yet. And we still don't know who voices or mocaps them yet.

    I guess it's no one famous like Serkis or Lupita or they would have told us by now.

    It makes me assume that Pao and Bistan do not speak basic, but will have alien dialogue that is possibly subtitled.

    According to Gareth Edwards they are not big parts. In one of the EW reports he said something along the lines of- there will be two aliens fighting along side the rebels but they are not large parts.

    That is likely why we have not heard much about them.
