Now that the Sequel Trilogy is over, I'm planning on reading all Post-ROTJ novels you would consider a must in Legends.

Basically, I'd like to follow it chronologically just to get a different take on SW sequel stories as opposed to Canon material. I guess you'd start with the Thrawn Trilogy, but what next? Like, I want to know whatever happened to Luke, Leia and Han after Ep. XI according to these now non-canon material.

If anyone can help me out, it'd be great! Thank you!

YES YES YES YES YES I CAN HELP YES SY SYE YES
Next we have the courtship of princess leia, by wolverton, which introduces the Hapans, who are very important. It is before the thrawn trilogy. Then we have the xwing series, which introduces several important characters. Then there is the jedi academy trilogy, which i hate. Some people like it. If you don't want to read three books about Über Emo Kylo Ren going on a rampage with an indestructible ship called the Sun Crusher which could destroy solar systems and once tanked a hit from the Death Star, read I,Jedi, which summarizes the events of those books nicely. Then there is the NJO series, with a truly awesome epic with a whopping 19 books. Some of them suck, some do not. Traitor is probably the best. Many popular characters die, so if that doesn't interest you, i can do a in depth summary. Then we have the Dark Nest crisis, which can be boring but explains some things. Next we have the Legacy of the Force series, which is not as long as the NJO. It shows the dark side in a more human matter, and gives good reasons why people would join it. Finally, we have the Fate of the Jedi series, which concerns one of the Ones, from Mortis in the Clone Wars. It ends with a marriage, a happy ending, and is a prime example of EU power creep, with Luke achieving full Jedi godliness.
Then there is the Legacy comics, which are the furthest down the timeline chronologically. I hate them, because of some atrocious healing things that i have mentioned before, but if comics are your thing, go for it.
