    It’s all open to interpretation I believe. I think Anakin probably heard Qui Gon say that as he begins the slaughter.

    As far as Yoda goes, I think he probably just senses something very negative is happening to Anakin. Maybe he knows more than that. but I wouldn’t believe that Yoda knows exactly what happened and would just let Anakin get away with it.

    If Anakin did hear it, he ignored it. IMO, “hearing it and ignoring it” is really not that different from being unable to hear it due to being blinded by rage. Whether Anakin heard it or not, Qui-Gon’s exclamation was ineffective on Anakin because of Anakin’s anger.
