    Any Ready Player One readers? I'm currently listening to the audiobook and it's been pretty fun but I feel it will be a lot better on the screen. Any other RPO fans?

    I've gotten some of the references but I'm sure I would enjoy it more had I been a kid in the 80s rather than the 90s.

    Only thing I don't like is the language. Too much cursing in my opinion but whatever.

    It's not awful but I don't like his voice. I wish it had some music and maybe sound effects like Star Wars audio books.

    I also didn't think the section on masturbation was necessary.

    The main thing that irks me about the book is that the main character just happens to know literally EVERYTHING that is necessary to win the prize.

    Oh hell yes! That annoyed me too. Actually when I was listening to it, the main character reminded me of Wesley Crusher

    Basically. None of the characters are super likable either. I'm mostly intrigued by the idea of the OASIS and the big competition but the characters kind of suck.

    Got about 50 pages left my god ate there some amazing scenes to look forward to
    Having a X Wing a Firefly & a DeLorian all on screen plus all those Japanese Robots is going to by a epic visual feast
