I did notice that immediately. Don't know if it is related, but interesting.

 

I liked the episode but didn't think it was the best. Top 2 or 3 for me. At one point I thought Ahsoka was Fulcrum but now I think it might be Bail Organa. Maybe the next episode we'll find out what Tseebo told Hera about what happened to Ezra's parents.

 

I don't know either, but I hope it means something!

 

Well, i'm almost 100% sure that Fulcrum is not Bail, because we already saw him a couple of episode age...No real secrecy for me

 

In another thread, I can't remember where, someone brought up the fact that Luke, Leia and Ezra were unlikely to have been born on the same day, as Padmé is present at the declaration of the Empire, but then has her conversation with Obi Wan, flies to Mustafar, Anakin gets decked by Obi Wan, then they fly to Polis Massa where she gives birth. The likelihood of all of this commencing in the space of one day is rather remote! Even so, it doesn't change anything on the age front, as it would likely be a matter of days at best between. Just thought I'd throw it out there as I thought it was an interesting nougat of info!

I dunno. I think the literary significance of them all sharing a birthday is heftier than the loose physics of hyperspace travel. I for one think it would be really cool.

And call me crazy, but I don't think Rebels is being created in a vacuum. Disney is intent on tying the universe together, similar to what Marvel is doing, to maximize the potential for storytelling, including crossovers. I have a feeling that Ezra and crew won't disappear into the void once Rebels ends. In fact, knowing the show is only going to last three or four seasons, the conclusion would coincide with Ep. 8 or any number of spinoffs. I think it's likely a grown up Ezra might even reappear in one or more of those films.
