I like this 2 part episode. I like the seeing the other side of the Rebels actually doing what Saw was doing. technically Ezra and Sabines mindset wasnt on Saw's level but to help his cause was a different POV. I like how they added the whole Kyber Crystal to the story now since it was scrapped from CW. I like how Ezra kinda wants to do what Saw is doing since he's had that edge to him in prior season. With Saw, it just leads him to going crazy like he did in R1. Him trying to find the means of the empire secret weapons will set him to go to Jedha and all to keep searching. I hope to see cast of the R1 in Rebels since its in the whole title of the show. You can see Kanan role diminish from time to time since he's taking on that Yoda role of the force. at times you can see him just let it go and him become caleb dume when we get that lovey dovey ish with Hera.

The first part of the episode was alil slow. i think budget wise it affects the whole story of the Rebels cause your having like a minimum of 10 people on yavin that holds alot of rebellion and just hard to believe that its only like 10 people who see this big ass transmission of Saw. You would think Disney would fork over money to make the show more realistic. but that just my complain, the story was lil slow but like how they all wanted revenge for the failed mission Hera was in. more of Wedge was needed for flying and seeing Zeb witha minimal role sucked.

I cant wait to see Zeb's episodes cause right now it seems like hes the worrier this episode. i like how they showed Kallus and hope to see more of him. So far season 4 has me watching on the edge of my seat. its smart they are picking it up the story now but sucks its the last season.

I like Pt.2. its was more of a Saw rebellion type story. We get to see why this "Super weapon" is eating at Saw. You see Ezra/Sabine wanting to help the cause which to leads to more of Saw and hopefully to see R1 characters in Rebels. Saw is always gonna be the negative to the main characters in Rebels. I also like how they added the Kyber Crystal to the storyline now since it was scrapped from CW. it makes more sense in Rebels. now that im thinking of it it could of been in CW but i guess ill have to read the story regarding the Crystal since they knew it was gonna be apart of the death star.

In the episode it mentioned Saw having intelligence about the relay. I wonder if he has the mind reading squid already?

I really enjoyed these episodes but I have a bone to pick. In the novel Rebels Rising Saw emphatically told Jyn that if you’re going to fire a blaster, you shoot to kill. Never set your weapon to stun. He only grew more ruthless as he aged so it’s not like there is any chance he’s gone soft. Yet in this episode he stuns stormtroopers. What the hell? Sure the devil is in the details, but I think they could be doing a better job with consistency amongst the platforms. That’s why they have Pablo Hidalgo and the rest of the story group, right?
