    I do think Maul vs Kenobi is such a good dual becuase it is so short and unique

    To me, what is so special about it is that it actually means something. The duel, and all that lead to it, are actually incredibly important to the two duelists. A lot of big action scenes in Star Wars don't really mean anything, but this one has emotional and thematic important to us/the characters.
