REBELS vs CLONES: Which Has Better Animation?

Put it this way - TCW is just way better looking, more "complex" for a very complex, politically driven time. Rebels is"simplified" mainly due to budget, but like the OT, is very angular. I am a HUGE TCW fan, so Rebels should, theoretically, been a bit slower and less fun because of the family crew idea, but the reason it's great is because while TCW took until Season 3 to really shapes it's identity and start to get a bit darker and mature, Rebels is at the start of Season 3 in terms of story quality, with Season 2 already looking even more explosive and with a bigger story.

 

Rebels is very sparse-looking, and the stories so far are pretty simplistic. Not to mention, so much of what we've seen so far has been driven by easter eggs and callbacks (Ahsoka, Lando, Vader). I still enjoy it, but by all measures, The Clone Wars is by far the more interesting, more complex, and overall 'better' show for me.

 

I think you'll like Season 2 with all the complexity and interesting TCW connections that are coming back

 

Clone Wars is literally amazing and Rebels is just some little kid $hit. I'm sorry, but there's not even a comparison... I'm offended to have to watch Rebels to at least experience the storyline. They had it right with Bad Batch. Bring back CW!
