    there was something i said on here i think in the apst few days about how the fo attack would have probably taken almost after Rey leaves, this sounds like the hunch I have

    Well, there is no doubt that she will be tempted and probably go to the precipice just like Luke did, but I think folks who hope to see her go dark will be disappointed. They have worked hard to keep things under wraps, they aren't going to tip their hand in marketing.

    Has anyone been keeping up with the Redditor, who claims to have seen the movie, named RenIsTheKey? It’s seems too long and I don’t see how all of that could fit into the movie, however he had some intriguing ideas that seem to have been back up by the Virtual Dictionary and some of the trailers. It’s very vague though. What’s the general consensus on this guy? At the least, his story has been the most entertaining and seems the most realistic out of all the “leaks” we’ve gotten.

    IMHO, this definitely seals the case of Rey Skywalker. Luke couldn't care less about Rey like all the people she already met except Finn.

    It also seals her not being a Solo. Finn wants to find Rey and Leia sends him on a mission to find DJ. She doesn't say"Please go find my baby girl and see how her and Uncle Luke are doing."

    I totally agree. They have did a great jobs keeping things from the public. If it was a leaked whether an image or a book, but I don't think they are going to give anything away like that in an official trailer.

    She doesn't need to send Finn.

    It absolutely does not. If Rey is a Solo, she has sent her to the one person in the galaxy who can help her. The Last Jedi.

    Finn is a n00b. She would totally send him on a mission. He doesn't need to go to Ach-To, and him not going doesn't = Rey isn't a Solo.

    (except she doesn't even have a choice about where to send Finn because)

    She's in a coma and Poe sends Finn and Rose to get DJ. Which is THEIR idea. (Finn and Rose)

    Further, it's interesting that we have confirmation from the Children's books today -

    That it's the old hologram of his sister that spurns Luke back to action and he agrees to train Rey.

    And him not going doesn't say jack about Rey Solo, one way or the other. IF she is Rey Solo...she's literally with the one person who can help her. (outside of her brother, I suppose)

    The leaker talks about items being embued with the force power of force users, and items held specifically by the chosen one seem to be even more mythic and powerful than ever.

    Hmmm, so Luke's saber was held by Anakin, and Luke.. so Anakin's and Luke's power may have passed onto Rey when she touched the saber.

    Mark Hamill also spoiled a line from Snoke in the movie...

    "The sword of Skywalker is too powerful"

    This is it guys! Luke's saber is embued with the power of the chosen one, and his son..and now Rey weilds it! Thats it. The force back happens, and she has all this power now. Wow. This is it!!

    Well I don't know about that because Rey was awakened before touching the Lightsaber. And Luke has pretty much ignored the force or been out of touch with the force for a while, so there may a kernal of truth to it, maybe. The force attuned to the saber for Rey or something.
