    i was having a nightmare of a time on the site with my iPhone just a couple of weeks ago with the same issue.. but it literally just started being a good boy without me doing anything. i may have cleared cache etc but i can't confirm that as i don't remember driving to work this morning, let alone something from 2 weeks ago :D

    We had a fix put through for the issue from a few weeks back... sounds like the rogue ad might be back though. Fear not, we will set the Elite Guard on it and the balance will be restored!

    Was this today @Maximus? It’s a worry if it is as that’s an error @Addi Ras and I had several weeks back and we thought that action taken had neutralised it.

    @Viral Hide - we may need to put a call in on this one again sir. Same issue as before :(

    I’m getting this constantly on my iPhone when scrolling up/down any page on the site..

    I get these things from time to time. I think it's just a nasty add that likes to cause a spot of bother. Best to get out of it is to close the window because I can't always get back to the page I was at.
    I hardly use mobile, but once I got an ad blocker for my laptop, everything like that has disappeared.

    I could easily resolve with ad blockers, but I’m more concerned about first time visitors to the site.

    if a new chap is thinking of joining and has the experience I had yesterday.. they will walk on by.
    When I hit the back button after the ad popped and took me away from the site - the scaling had screwed up and it was all a mess.. it’s ok to say we should close the page and start again.. but it’s not going to make a good impression on new punters.

    Not sure if this is the right place to post.

    But is there a way to get rid of the playbuzz video not to show up automatically? I know you can close it, but when you have multiple tabs of this website open, it gets annoying and slows down the load times. I understand that you need ads for revenue but the videos are annoying and an eye sore

    Yeah, since when did this top-corner Playbuzz become a thing? I just started getting it today in the top right corner of the page. It's not even 'an advert from our sponsors'. I see no reasons for it to be 'pushed' on us in this way. It's the same thing that's been playing on a loop since I joined. I've watched it, I don't need to keep watching it again and again. Only now it's become an obstruction to usability, and seems to serve no function other than to annoy.

    I realized I was only getting the same video over and over again because I'd got ad blocker on. I've whitelisted SWNN now (I've been freeloading long enough!), so now I do get adverts as part of it, but yeah - top-right corner still not the best place!

    Anyway, glad to hear it's being looked into :)
