Since your logic is non-existent, let me point out the irony in your ridiculous statements: You're claiming that this fictional pairing supports abuse WHILE implying that all people who like it have rape fantasies and are racists.

Let me try again: According to your "logic", a fictional romance is harmful but claiming that people who like it are masochistic and racist by default (with no proof) is not.

And on the same day as this, the first time they met in 10 years, Padme falls in love with Anakin.

Yikes.

And then in the next film, Anakin kills kids, his friends and sides with Palpatine - and yet Padme still tells him that if he stops they can run away together. And then he chokes her...and she still cares about him and tells Kenobi there is good on him.

Disgusting.

 

It was quite some scenes seeing their connection but it showed this was Ben's redemption & he didn't take it.

 

Forget about how they fell in love, as ridiculous as that was. But I'll never for the life of me understand how Anakin went from "I'll do anything for Padme" to almost killing her in the same day. Sure, it's easy to blame the dark side. But it's not like the dark side possesses people, taking over their minds instantly and forcing them to act against their feelings. If anything, it makes emotions more powerful. Yes Palpatine manipulated Anakin, I see why he might have thought Padme cheated on him and all that, why he expected the worst from everyone. But even so, is that enough to choke a pregnant woman? Where did all his love go? What about the children? What, he thought she cheated on him from the beginning so the twins weren't his and didn't deserve to live either? What Anakin did is the single most disturbing thing anyone did in SW. Yes he killed all those kids too, but the twins were HIS kids. Yet somehow Reylo is worse because Kylo invaded Rey's mind and threw her into a tree when she tried to shoot him, on the day they met, after he's been on the dark side FOR 6 YEARS. Eyeroll.

since when has this jedi mind trick now turn into "mind rape"? if that's the logic then Kylo mind raped Poe, and Snoke mind raped Rey in this film. It can be called torture, assault, but im sorry using word "rape" has a completely different connotation

im not trying to stir things too much here, but this hit me a bit funny and i dont think its gone that far personally

 

Yes dear, it is insight. And I cannot help but wonder why you would support a relationship in which a young 19 year-old girl becomes romantically attracted to a man who had just two to three days earlier tried to mind rape her and kill her. That bastard tried to invade her mind against her will. And some of you found that romantic??? How on earth can you support such a relationship? It's not like Anakin, who had fully embraced evil after being married to Padme for three years. Even Anakin's reason for embracing evil was better written than the reason Rian Johnson gave for Kylo Whine embracing evil. And at least Anakin felt guilt over killing the Tusken Raiders - even if they had murdered his mother by slowly torturing her to death.

Are you so determined that Rey would never be romantically interested in a black man that you would support such a toxic relationship? Are you that disturbed? After reading some these comments, I have no choice but to consider those who support Reylo as either sexually disturbed or racist.
