    ReyLo is biggest logical and moral error in the history of this franchise.

    It will very likely happen but conequences of this will be catastrophic for Star Wars.

    I wash my hands of this dirt.

    Well Leia & Han & Luke not telling Ben that probably helped make this whole mess a whole lot worse.
    So actually talking about seams like a good idea. Is it tricky absolutely but not talking thing through always seams to end up being a worse decision.

    Superman and Batman are not from Galaxy far far away. What has that has to do with Rey? Anakin of the gffa otoh *was* a nobody in ep.1.
    Besides...she is female...she can totally pull off being a nobody.

    First of, those are completely different universe's and rules. Also, being a "nobody" is a theme that runs through the main force users in the films. Luke grew up as a farm boy, Anakin a slave, Rey a scavenger. With the one exception being Kylo. Ezra also comes from a "nobody" family.

    Coming out of Empire, everyone thought Vader was just lying to Luke. Hence the whole point of the Yoda scene in Jedi. To confirm to not just Luke, but the audience as well.

    Rey also says it in tfa. In reply to bb8. "I am no one."
    And her cave experience is a parallel to Luke's. To him, a cave that was a domain of the dark side showed that he will have to fight himself when he faces Vader. And so he did in rotj. When he overpowered Vader and was almost lost to the dark side he stoped and won over his base instincts and Sidious' manipulation. The dark side in that cave did not lie to him...i always considered it more of a warning. So, there is no reason to believe that Rey experiences in her cave should be a lie. The dark side showed her what she needed to know. That she is on her own. And that who she was and who her parents were is no longer important. They are gone. She is alone. Reflecting Maz's words: "The belonging you seek is not behind you..."
    Then right after that she finds sort of belonging in the very next scene. Lol. So you know perhaps they are eachother's salvation. Kylo her and she his (i refer here to tlj novelization where it is said that Luke can't save him. But there might be someone else who still can)
