I think you make some good points @risastór, especially in regards to TFA being a knockoff of ANH-and not a particularly good one in my opinion.

See, there are some of us here who will agree with you on certain things, but please don't take wrongly to people just because their views don't align with yours, they aren't out to get you, but if you try to force your views on people they won't react well, I speak from experience. Just agree to disagree and move on if its really bothering you and no trouble will come of it.

 

It's a good point. I can't remember to be honest. Maybe they weren't. Maybe they've only ever been referred to as Tusken Raiders in other media. They might get mentioned as Tuskens in the prequels. Does Clieg Lars mention them maybe? I don't know, I can't remember that either! It's just locked into my brain that they're also called Tusken Raiders!

I really just want to clear this one up because it’s just so silly. Kathleen Kennedy never said that the force, from Star Wars, was female. Ever. The shirt that says “The Force is Female” she’s wearing in that famous picture that’s floated around is part of a Nike marketing campaign to get more women to wear their Air Force One shoes. She was invited to speak at an event and wore their marketing shirt. Everyone is free to google it if you don’t believe me.

if that is true, why no nike logo, nike does nothing w/o logo. the whole point yyou say is to get girls to buy nike shoes, yet no nike visible , did google it and see nothing excpet some spin trying to muddy the water, I am skeptical because if you look at her "force"all female squad she surrounds herself
