    This week's episode sees Kaz meet up with Poe on an adventure away from the Colossus. Poe sets up a meeting to discuss the intel and check up on Kaz. Poe offers some pilot tips before the two or them run into a cargo ship that was attacked by pirates. When they board the cargo ship it's clear something went wrong when the pirates attacked. After inspecting the ship Poe/Kaz realize a giant Kowakian monkey-lizard attacked the pirates and the crew.

    They find an unconscious survivor on board and flee with her before the monster eats them. When Kaz gets back to the Colossus we learn the identity of the survivor and she's not who she seems to be.

    Overall another solid episode, not my favorite, but I like more Poe. He's been in this show more than I would have expected so far. I also really liked the animation on the cargo ship. Ships in Rebels lacked the detail we see here. This episode feels like the first of an arc and I'm curious to see what happens next week.

    I like the show, but its hard to believe someone like Kaz can actually pilot a starfighter. Its like suspending your disbelief when little Ani blew up the Trade Federations ship, let alone pilot a fighter. This show is definitely for kids. I'll stick around because the animation style is amazing, and the side characters are a joy to watch. Can't remember her name, but the mechanic that was throwing tools at Kaz last episode is by far my favorite so far.

    much as i hate those monkeys, i was all set to cringe through this one, but there was so much to love: BB is adorable! CB is adorable! Poe is adorable! er...

    i busted out laughing when Poe fired the warning shot and killed one of those silly things dead. XD

    while much of this is obviously set up to thicken the plot, it was hugely entertaining. : D

    This episode felt like some of the episodes in Rebels. Filler, but necessary to get to the good stuff. Or at least I hope, but hey I'm essentially getting 'free' episodes because the season pass via Amazon was $2.98.

    I'd be astonished if there's not at least 3 seasons. They're probably working on the end of season 2 right now. It takes awhile to produce these animated shows.

    This show is surprisingly pretty decent. I just got done watching the episode, and it seems like filler but I enjoy Poe and Kaz working together. We need some more Poe action! Overall, a good episode and it seems like it's setting up for a storyline. The last episode has been my favorite so far.

    Overall I liked the episode. It felt like a weird mix between filler and the start of a new arc (so a little weirdly placed), but not bad. The humor worked surprisingly well with me: the scene where Poe accidentally shot the monkey when firing off warning shots had me laughing out loud. Overall, this episode was a nice, fresh breath of air; but I'm not sure the show needed it right now.

    Agree that it felt like a necessary sort of transition episode, and sometimes those can be a bit awkward, but in the end most shows go through those growing pains as they move from the introductory phase episodes to the "plot thickens" episodes. But count me on board for the CB-23 fan club, I love BB-8, but I can never resist a new Astromech with personality. (chopper)

    Solid episode. Good to see Poe again, but I'd rather see him fighting the FO, than giant space lizard-monkeys. We are also finally getting some of that advertised fighter combat. And the show looks gorgeous in 1080p.
    Now the pirates are starting to become more of a threat, the show should continue to be picking up momentum.

    Poe sees a lot of potential in Kaz, so he is pushing him beyond his bounderies.
