Snoke explained!

I am not so informed about all Star Wars alien races, but I can not remember of any such race of humanoids .

My first though was that someone got idea from Nephillim giants mentioned in Torah/Bible.

This would mean ( heavily speculating of course) its a member of some ancient superior race.

 

I was expecting a Wizard of Oz moment in TLJ where Snoke is revealed to be a small guy while he projects himself as massive and dominating. This is a surprise!

Nephilim giants sound like a really cool inspiration.

 

A fallen celestial? Anakin was tall as it was.


A dark force Shaman?


Too many possibilities.

 

How did Snoke take control of the First order? He is alien, and by that I mean unknown race of alien in any case, how did he get to the throne, is there any theory about that?

 

Many.

Too many.

 

I feel like this trilogy is going to have a lot of that because they are trying new stuff that doesn't relate to the SW we knew. I'm excited and also unsure about it, but it's fun to see all the different points of views.

As for me, Snoke is humanoid, not human and new, so I will say he connects to the past as a character we never met, but has likely always been there, lingering in the shadows.

 

I am impressed by the creativity of people. I thought this is nearly impossible.

I remember on some page in the Aftermath book, (was it Life debt?) I am sure it was start of the chapter where I read that the Empire was all about humans, they absolutely tried by the order of Palpatine to establish (and did established) human control troughout Imperial structures. In fact Imperial intelligence had a duty to persuade imperials that only humas are reliable and trustworthy for imperial war machine and developed propaganda about aliens as one not to be trusted.

Palpatine's contingency was to destroy any imp remnant if he was ever removed. Rax decided he would take some pieces and retreat to perhaps start again.

I would assume "the 1st Order" was literally Palpatine's Order 1 in the event he lost what next. Afterall there were at least 66 orders right. However Aftermath changed things. Aftermath introduced the Predori an ancient species who had an empire long long long long ago but rather than connecting the 1st Order to them Bloodline introduced a new idea

But Snoke has tonnes of possibilities and most of them are not mutually exclusive.

 

So are the majority of those theories advocating peaceful ascendace of Snoke to the throne of FO or forceful one? Did he got to throne by killing leaders of FO like Rae Sloane (btw, what happened to her?), or did he impressed the FO with his mights so much that they became to obey him authomaticaly?

 

So far not hints. That I have seen. His rise to power is just as mysterious as his identity.

He was already on the SSD Eclipse when Rae Slone arrived and he was already a part of the hierarchy.

 

reminds me of a Celestial ... maybe... also kinds like Ripley's alien hybrid... when the skull was left before getting sucked into the vacuum of space.

 

I think Disney should read this seizmic charge of creativity emediately and someone deliver it to them.

Which, strangely, coincides with latest find that Snoke has a hand and probably a body of, a Muun race, but a head of a human.

Snoke is some hybrid race, a mix of many races, trough his Force draining of its victims ( which prolonged his life ) he got some of their physical characteristics to?



How is this possible? Muun race has very long 2nd and 3d finger, and Snoke has its also.
Anyone thought of it?
