    I think that R1 will be more "traditional" in how it's marketed and released .

    Great point and this made me think of something. Since this year should be 'all Rogue One, all the time', it could essentially end up as cover for Ep 8. What I mean is that this will allow Ep 8 to be produced more quietly than Ep 7 was allowed to.

    Ep 7 was the shiny new SW toy. The first SW toy in forever. With movies coming out each year now, the 'next' will take center stage while the next is filmed/produced.

    I kind of like this idea as it keeps something always on the burner while another is being cooked.

    I don't think that it'll be nearly as hard to make people understand that RO is it's own thing as some other fans seem to. Especially for the Disney marketing machine.
