So realistically - could Cassian Andor be in the movie?

That looks more like a fat woman with a mustache, i see no evidence of that being Diego Luna unless he's gone the Bruce Jenner route under the radar. A cameo would be good, but I don't think it's likely if that pic is the only cause for speculation.

When I first read this thread I was thinking ok it's at least a possibility & it would be interesting to see how they would incorporate him into the Han Solo film but then seeing that the source was the Daily Mail my expectations for this actually happening are right back to close to zero if this had been a Entertainment publication then I would trust that they know who they were talking about but the Daily Mail probably dosent & just thought they would attach a name of some one who has already been involved in a SW film as click bait.

Having said that I certainly wouldn't complain if this does turn out to be true & Andor does turn up in Han Solo.

Yeah I gave it the benefit of the doubt since a number of other online sources ran with it after they did (eg. https://www.inquisitr.com/4234654/rogue-one-actor-spotted-on-han-solo-set/), along with lots of fuss online over his coy response in the MTV interview. I know the Daily Mail is generally a pile of crap as a publication, but because I've thought that for years and not even flicked through a copy in twice as long, that also means I've never followed them enough to actually become experienced in quite how widely inaccurate I'm learning their media-news is reported to be. Besides, it's "movie land", ya know, people can look crazy in costumes, it's all fantasy and movie magic baby, so again, I gave it benefit of the doubt haha. :D

That said, in googling now, I probably should have just looked here for the exact same discussion, only slightly less civilised:
