    I don't know... The Outfit is so Jakku.

    I guess it really depends on whether she is know piloting the falcon all the time ( then a biker jacket would be fine) or if she stays on the Island with Luke. Luke wore some fine tank tops in the Emipire strikes back while training on dagobahr- I would be ok with Daisy wearing a similar outfit, it would be practical and not too sexy.

    I seriously doubt it. Heck Carrie Fisher still hates that outfit to this day and basically advised Daisy to NOT let them put her in anything like that. Plus even her:

    Getting captured in TFA was ultimately used to again show how strong, determined, and resourceful she was, since she got out of that situation all on her own. So I seriously doubt that Disney would then turn around and "slave her up" so to speak. Plus they might want to not have her get captured twice in two movies.

    Please, no more callbacks. TFA did it well, but if they keep on with it I for one will be very disappointed.     She will be paid more for Episode VIII, must be.

    I know she is signed for 3 movies, but i'll give more credits to Lucas white slavers comments if they pay her that amount of money in the 3 movies.

    No matter if she is a newbie and that is 3 times her yearly salary as a waitress, she is carrying on her shoulders the success of the biggest franchise in the world, there's a lawsuit in there somehow.

    I think the slave bikini is a one time deal - this franchise is now in the hands of Disney, and there's too much of a B-movie-exploitation-flick vibe to slave Leia.

    Intellectually, there's a case that Star Wars does traditionally pursue that B-movie trope. It's worth pointing out that in AOTC, they pushed as much as they could with Portman's ripped outfit. The director's commentary explains they couldn't do much more, since she was under 18 at the time. (i.e. they thought about something more revealing?) I'll add that the prequels show a bare chested Anakin quite a few times. TBh, I've only heard upvotes from those who appreciate human beauty... this is why the execution in the story matters.

    Aside from all of this, what I hope they nail in this trilogy is another romance to add to the saga. Episode VII didn't do much in this department. I worry Disney will be playing this one too safe.
