    FYI I have two things I’ve heard in my scouring of the internet:
    1) the leaked image is real and is from a Russian calendar (aka a Lucasfilm/ Disney product)
    2) the rumor that the film is a mess and Alden can’t act are false. Remember, we heard the same rumors and Wonder Woman and Rogue One so take it with a grain of salt

    We tend to forget that the corner of fandom that we hang out in is a very small minority of fans that love these movies. There are a lot of fans who are there every opening night who don't visit fan forums, who don't follow leaks and don't collect merchandise or even read the comics. We all have our own level of how much we partake in the overall fandom, but none of us is more a fan than the others.

    Our corner will moan because we all have our idea of what we want to see. Some can't stand the thought of this movie while I will enjoy it. Others love the thought of a Boba Fett movie while I think that Boba is one of the worst characters that they could focus on. It's just how we are.

    The rumor on reddit was for tomorrow's playoff games, but that reddit post has since been deleted. Looks like it won't be this weekend after all unfortunately. If we don't see it during the college football playoff on Monday, then an online release within the next week seems likely
