    Must not watch.....Must not watch.....(breaks out in cold sweat).......

    During the dry spell run up to the trailer I was insistent we needed new stuff, to sell the movie, to sell the toys, etc. Now I think all combined we have seen 5 minutes of the movie total but it feels like a lot more. Now with this, ugh.......I want to see it but then again I don't. I may have to go on a TFA cold turkey program much earlier than I thought.

    At this point after all this new footage we have seen from the Monday night football trailer, International trailer and the tv spot, "A special look" will probably be a short clip/scene from the movie. Exciting times!!

    Yeah one thing to think about that this movie is over 2 hours long and we've seen at max 4 minutes of the movie (nonspoilery parts) so I think we are safe even with the new video

    Also lets not forget that they are still obviously trying to market this movie further to the general audience. ABC is a great platform for a lot of casuals to see this. Let's just say that all the marketing after this point is not geared towards fans like us here. We were sold since Disney announced "Episode 7".

    makes sense, putting the trailer on monday night football was to appeal to the mostly male audience and this is trying to appeal to the mostly female audience

    Oh man, how can it be avoided? It'll be all over the Internet once it airs.

    I hope they don't show too much! This close now, I don't want to see any more, but I'm inevitably going to see the vast majority of footage that comes out prior to the movie.

    I thinking ether some behind the scene footage or maybe a extended version of one of the scene from the trailer (perhaps when Rey meets Fin on Jakuu)

    Not to mention its basically a night of Shonda Rhimes programming means A. women B. diverse women C. one of their highest rated nights Nielson and twitter wise. Wouldn't be surprised if its a Finn trailer but it will probably a mix of Rey and Finn.

    They should really just roll in the tv spots for the two weeks leading up to the film.

    Anything more now is no point since people have already bought their tickets already for the film.
