Deep Space Nine is my favorite Star Trek by a huge margin.

The original series is not bad, and obviously very iconic. I actually prefer the movies with those original characters to the series.

The Next Generation has some absolutely amazing episodes, up there with the best TV of all-time, but I could reduce the entire series down to about 15 or 20 essential episodes. The rest isn't bad, just not as good. I sometimes have them playing in the background while I do things around the house. The movies with the next generation cast are pretty bad.

I love all of DS9 from beginning to end. The characters have huge developing arcs. Just thinking about DS9 is sending my anticipation of The Mandalorian and the Cassian Andor series through the roof. I've wanted a Star Wars series since I was a kid watching the original Battlestar Galactica, but now I'm getting off topic.

I've tried to get into the other series, but they didn't keep my attention. I like the JJ Abrams movies.

I know it isn't really Star Trek, but I love The Orville. It's a fun show. I also can't talk about Trek without thinking of Galaxy Quest. It is a great movie.

Actually I like some of the TNG movies. The only one I really didn't like was Nemesis. But nonetheless Galaxy Quest is one of the best Star Trek Movies out there. And although I grew up with TOS and later TNG/VOY and DS9 I like the JJ-verse (except maybe ST:beyond) and DSC.

I'm watching Trek for the first time, and I'm in the middle of Season 4 of TNG, so I'm far from finished in order to give a definitive answer on which season is my favorite.

I'll probably report back once I've watched everything through Enterprise. And it'll probably inform my opinion on whether or not I'm not excited for this Star Trek: Picard series.

Looking forward to watch Picard. Nice that I have amazon prime.

Yeah. I started with TNG more than 2 years ago (thanks to netflix) and I loved it!
After TNG I watched TOS (also loved it), then DS9 (loved it), then Voyager (pretty good), then Enterprise (also pretty good). And now I'm still watching the first season of Discovery (that I'm not loving btw).

Tough one for me. Love Star Trek in general. I grew up on TOS' films, and love them, but I was not a big fan of the actual series. Coversely, I was a huge fan of TNG, but not so much most of their films. My two favorite series are TNG and DS9, but I would still watch any of them.

I would definitely have to choose TOS as my favourite Trek show with DS9 as a close second.

I grew up watching an episode of TOS each night, before bed, so my opinion may partially be driven by nostalgia, but I have watched every Star Trek show and none of the crews (fantastic as some may be) have the same chemistry as Kirk, Spock, and McCoy. It is a delight to see the three converse, bicker, and occasionally solve problems while they travel to remote but similar-looking planets.

The show has a unique quality where it is simultaneously outdated and timeless. The cheap sets and costumes make the show seem very hokey but deal with some real issues such as Balance of Terror which tackles the powerful influence of xenophobia, especially in times of war. And while DS9 may handle darker themes better in many cases, TOS's cast makes the stories more entertaining.
    -------------------------------------------------------------------
To quickly mention the rest of the shows:

ENT - I really love the depiction of the Vulcans and Andorians in this series. The way that damage is sustained to the ship throughout the show and Archer's diminishing mental condition made each event seem to matter more.

TNG - Super fun and really enjoy watching this. Picard, Riker, and Data are all great characters and the series has some of the most memorable quotes in all of Star Trek.

TAS - Eh. Some episodes are pretty good but the animation is terrible and most of the storytelling isn't great.

VOY - The only Star Trek show that I don't like. It has inconsistent and often irritating characters who commit some of the most grievous crimes with little to no repercussions, and a plethora of boring, unnecessary holodeck episodes that really grate on me after awhile. However, it has a few excellent episodes such as Living Witness and Timeless which rank as some of my favourite Star Trek ever. It's a shame that I dislike the series as a whole.

DISCO - I haven't decided yet. Some standout moments so far, but shaky camera work and forced melodrama sometimes bring it down. Lorca and Pike are both fantastic captains that I would love to see more of.
