    I`m going to Poland and meet my relatives. Well, my cousin is a star-wars fan aswell so we can watch the live stream. He`s only seven so he`ll have to wait a few years before going there with my (without his parents).
    Hope you guys enjoy at least! There`ll be new celebrations so I think I`ll be fine. Aswell I`ve spent to much money on the new toys...

    Yesterday I booked flights. Hotel's done previously. We arrive on thursday morning and leave on monday after noon = at least one extra day in London for museums and other attractions. My fiancee demanded it.

    bit down at the moment went to get 4 tickets today (friends only confirmed they could make it today) & all tickets for all 3 days are gone so will have to catch up on this thread to see just what a amazing experience I missed

    Went to the first Celebration Europe in July 2007 at London's ExCeL centre. It was my first and only visit to a Star Wars convention. I found it to be a very disappointing experience. It contained nothing I wanted to see, no props, costumes, art etc. It was basically just a giant trade fair for toy collectors.

    Won't be going to 2016's event. But if you like collecting merchandise, this would be the event for you. ;)

    I live in Spain but since it's summer it would be a great time to plan a holiday trip, I hope I can convince my girlfriend!.

    Well back in 2007 there were no new movies coming out, this one is going to be an extremely different experience I'm sure. Panels for Episode VIII, Rogue One... I wouldn't miss it for the world.

    Yeah.. I`m hoping for some panels, especially for Rogue One but also for Rebels as I have enjoyed the second season a lot.

    If anyone here has experience from last year, how much time should we wait in line to get into the bigger panels? (Episode VIII, Rogue One, Rebels)?

    I'm used to waiting all day in line for concerts so I don't mind that but I also want to have time to explore the whole place, and I'm going the first 2 day and not the whole weekend.

    Going saturday as well with my girlfriend but it would be really cool to meet people from here. We're travelling from Spain and we'll be staying that whole week in London, I can't wait!. Hopefully we can get into some cool panels. By the way, saturday was more expensive than friday and sunday, do you guys think it's because that's when Episode VIII panel will happen?

    Tip: Bring an umbrella. It may be happening in summer, but It always rains in mid-July in London. The weather here isn't constantly rainy, but very very changable. Its not unusual to experience 4 seasons in one day. ;)
