So the Star Wars Celebration Panels don't usually get any special VOD treatment which is too bad for those who miss out on being able to watch it live on the main live feed which you can see of course on the Star Wars official YouTube Channel.

However, for those who miss watching it live, and since it plays live very early in the morning that may be quite a few people, I will be uploading the panels for all to see. If Star Wars/Disney does upload the panels themselves this Star Wars Celebration then I will update the links to reflect their own. But until then....

Currently uploading the Ahsoka’s Untold Tales Panel.

Still to come ILM Presents: Star Wars Archeology (LIVE NOW on the Star Wars YouTube Stream) and Rogue One: A Star Wars Story which will air live in about an two hours and be up on the channel/this post in about three hours.

Looks like the mods are cracking down on the videos I am able to post, so this might be my last message for awhile.
If you are looking to watch panels in their entirty, you can view them at www.youtube.com/disneylandexperience
So far the Star Wars YouTube Channel has only put on a few Interviews from their Star Wars Show but nothing major from the panels. So currently my channel is one of the only ways to watch them.

    Panels Links.

Does anyone know what happened to the Marvel Star Wars Comics panel? Was it cancelled completely? Or did it actually happen?

My theory is that it's because the non-US ones aren't considered the "main" ones compared to the US ones .

    That IS indeed lame.

I just came home today after spending an weekend at my childhood friend and his girlfriend's place, and was expecting to see atleast the Filmmakers panel.. They might as well stop streaming SWC if this is the way they will do it from now on..

So SWCE is now over. I am disgusted how LFL and Disney treated SWCE as a warm-up event to Celebration Orlando next year, keeping back all the big news and secrets until then. It's deeply insulting to all those fans who have looked forward for ages, sometimes years, for this event, paying out large sums of money for travel, accomodation, tickets and merchandise to go to this Celebration and all they got was Rebels cartoon and Rogue One preview clips (both freely available on Youtube).

The next one in 2017 is the US yet again, and yes - thats when Ep VIII is out! Amazing coincidence?! Its pretty obvious that LFL/Disney only cares about the US based Celebrations when you compare SW film release dates with US Celebration years.

Over the years , Celebration has been to:

    Japan (2008)
    Germany (2013)
    United Kingdom (2007 and 2016)
    US (1999 (Ep I), 2002 (Ep II), 2005 (Ep III), 2007, 2010, 2012, 2015 (Ep VII))

    ;)

I agree totally with this. I had a great time at Celebration, really enjoyed it. But it lacked those big moments (Thrawn/Rebels aside) that showed the organisers really wanted to treat fans post-TFA (we came out to watch it as well Disney/LFL....!)

If major announcement are saved solely for Stateside events, then just stay there, rather than travelling the world throwing breadcrumbs to fans, only to snaffle them up before anyone gets them.

    Rant over! :D

(ps i like LFL/Disney! Just think more could've been done to reward fans who travelled from around the world and who's adoration/money gave them the third biggest movie of all time in TFA....)

Sadly I'd agree - we enjoyed what was there, but it did seem to be a trade show with a few people talking, mostly anecdotes and stories that were already known.

Don't get me wrong, the Thrawn reveal was fun, but I was stood next to a couple who were talking with friends and saying they had no idea who he was and that they didn't "watch that kids show anyway". Similarly, confirming the to all intents and purposes known Ehrenreich is Solo casting was a bit meh after all the build up to the show. I guess it was just a bit underwhelming after all the (admitted) speculation that there would be something (a snippet of footage or just a title) for Episode VIII.

Best aspect of the weekend was just meeting people - my daughter wanted to be photographed with anyone in a Rebels costume and my mate Matt was stopped countless times for people to get pics with him in his clearly way too hot Wampa suit.
