I don't think it's any secret that the Star Wars fanbase is pretty divided amongst itself when judging the quality of various films in the series. Everyone always has ideas as to what they think works or doesn't work, what was extraordinarily genius or abysmally terrible. Everyone has an opinion on what they would've done differently. I'm no different.

For a while now, I've wanted to put together a series of screenplays chronicling my own re-writes of the Star Wars films (some minor, some extensive), crafting a series of films that might've represented a perfect Star Wars saga, if such a thing could even exist.

But I've decided I shouldn't be the sole voice in this project. I'm seeking other writers to collaborate with in crafting these re-writes. I want to involve the rest of this community in this yet-untitled series of re-written screenplays.

If anyone is interested, I'd be happy to set up a Discord where we could collaborate further and get to writing. I'd love to share my ideas with people and hear the ideas of others. If anyone doesn't want to write but still wants to suggest ideas, feel free to post in this thread. What element of the Star Wars films would you change that you think would make them better?

Mind you, this isn't just chained to the prequels, the sequels, or the OT. I want to rewrite ALL NINE films of the main saga. Again, some more than others, but still, all of them will be touched up in some way.

    Thanks for reading.
