Agreed completely. We need people who understands Star Wars, who can make Star Wars. People who are able to be the ones behind the scenes shaping all this for the audience, and not vice versa. I am still hopeful that Disney will and already realises how important and significant Star Wars is in the lives of millions of people, ever since 1977. They have the chance to make this even greater, and mean a lot to more people by spreading out the richness of this galaxy through great storytelling. Let's see what they have in store, and I hope the people in Lucasfilm are aware of what's happening in present time.

I have a feeling that they’re not too worried since they’ve already made back their investment

They've made back their investment, now they want it to continue to grow.

"Oh, no wait. We've made back our investment. No more point in making Star Wars films, I guess."

lol what I meant was that they probably are not too worried if they make a little bit less of a profit now than they were before when they were still making an ROI although Im sure they would care if their profits dip below a certain line

They could limit access to the land to only the highest level passholders, guests who have bought park jumper things, and maybe even castmembers...but before the star wars opens, the company is in the process of overhauling the annual passholder structure with someone telling me that one of the rumours is that the company might bring back the ticket books but in a more modern form, which would fit in with limiting access to star wars, which will help alleviate traffic, crowdflow, and help the company tighten up in places that need improvement within the first months of it opening

I agree, I think they'll do something similar to Harry Potter World in where they do first come first serve and tickets with return times and yes unfortunately they'll probably limit certain AP ranks at least for a couple of months

I think that it would be a bit harder to copy what Harry Potter did because of where in the park this new land is placed. Its entrance and exit is at this narrow intersection right behind The Big Thunder Mountain along The Big Thunder Trail. That pathway currently hardly ever gets crowded and will already be over run with people simple trying to walk by and take pictures. I think that the first come and the first serve tickets would not work because that is pretty much how fast passes work, which Disney is moving away from. At the same time, Disney is weirdly about "Fairness" in their theme parks so they would not do those tickets on their courtesy stance alone, although it would give them a guaranteed amount of guests to make for easier planning. At the same time, Disney would *NEVER* make so they have a finite number of guests in any one of their given locations. .

I love the notion that if you "ace" a score on some of the rides, the character actors will know this, call it out and in some cases may even "hunt" you down.

But one word of warning: not only with the lines initially be LABORIOUSLY LONG, the restaurants where most of the character interaction and immersion will happen will likely be pre-booked for months.

Honestly, if you can stand it, wait a year after it opens before you actually go. Either that or Fastpass it. Even better, let's hope it opens up during that one-hour "sneak peak" before the gates open access you can purchase with your package. That would be the way to do it as you can likely get both of the main rides in if you really hustle before the park even opens.

Of course, the rides are also designed to bring you back. The fact your higher scores will increase likelihood of character interaction is one of the incentives for you to score higher on the falcon ride, despite the fact the wait is 110 minutes long.

I can't wait to see it all.
