    Its a health & safety breach they are taking them to Court after they concluded there investigation into the iaccedent in other words they belie that the company broke Health & Safety guidelines so it s not a civil case but a criminal one

    By the way, I was wondering what Disney wants with all this profit.
    Our world is a unfair place, they should at least donate some of the money for poor people who are living on the streets and animals.

    It was a work place accident so it was investigated by the health a safety board who after there investigation including talking to the production company have decided there is enough evidence that the health & safty laws has been broken & so are pressing charges it has nothing to do with the individual involved.

    & if it did it would probable be settled out of court in America this is British law that may have been broken as the case is still to be heard

    & I am almost positive that Harrison would have had some type of insurance so he dose not need to press charges

    i'm no lawyer, but surely they have this kind of stuff covered in actors' contracts. i mean if they let tom cruise hang off the side of an airplane then acts of god must be allowed for as well when filming.

    I guess Harrison Ford wasn't too upset with the incident if he wasn't the one doing the suing. :)

    Correction: Its not British Law because 'British Courts' and 'British Law' do not exist. The law in England (& Wales) is called English Law. Scotland has its own seperate Scottish Law.

    'Great Britain' is merely the name given to the 1707 political union of England, Wales & Scotland and is also the geographical name of the island the three countries are on..;)
