Star Wars Rebels TV Promo S02E17 "Shroud of Darkness" Return to the Jedi Temple Preview

I'm starting to think the temple guard doesn't exist. I think this will be some sort of force vision, like when ezra saw the inquisitor kill everyone last season.

 

Is this supposed to be on Coruscant and what's that "Disneyland experience" thing at the end ?

 

The episode description seems to support your suggestion: "Kanan, Ezra and Ahsoka return to the Jedi Temple on Lothal, seeking answers from Yoda about the Inquisitors' ability to continually track the rebels."

 

I do so hope that Ezra does turn to the darkside and Kanan dies.. I mean it will most definitely be rough but oh-so-good if handled right.

It's interesting but confusing since I heard that palls made the Jedi temple on coruscsnt his own private quarters ...

 

Interesting I thought the jedi temple was abandoned after order 66, no visits until after 4 aby.

 

Is that what happened? I only said what I've read way in the past and am not sure if it's canon or not. Apparently Palps pretty much made it his home as a slap in the face to the Jedi .

 

I think he did that already with order 66, it was his endgame for the endless times the jedi almost caught on that he was the sith lord pulling strings of the clone wars.

 

Yeah but remember he was very arrogant .

 

Yes very, I can't wait for his first official appearance in this series, I know we heard him in the Siege of Lothal part 2 but I wanna see his face.

Nope. It's Canon from Tarkin that Palps now lives in the Temple, and that it is on top of an ancient Sith Temple. EDIT: he spends his time in the bowels of the place doing his dark side experiments. He is rarely seen in public and pretty much lets the Empire run itself while he does his dirty work.

 

The best episode so far.

I was right... Inquisitor was that Temple Guard and that planet from the trailer is Malachor!

 

Wow, absolutely the best episode of rebels to date!

Kanan is now, without a doubt, a Jedi Knight. His fate is sealed, there is no way he is making it out of the show alive (the temple guard even says as much). Ahsoka now knows, without a shadow of a doubt, that Anakin is now Vader.
