Star Wars: The Ultimate Pop-Up Galaxy Limited Edition Announced

One of the more innovative Star Wars projects to come our way in the last year has certainly been Star Wars: The Ultimate Pop-Up Galaxy from Insight Editions. Spanning the entire saga, this ambitious project is  a collection of interactive dioramas spanning all three trilogies of the Skywalker saga. Today, Insight Editions announced a limited edition of Star Wars: The Ultimate Pop-Up Galaxy. And, wow, it looks incredible!







Not only do you get the book, you also get limited edition hard case holder and and a pop-up spread of the beautiful cover signed by Matthew Reinhart, the mind behind this project. These are limited to five-hundred copies, so it's well worth your time to hop on these fast. Star Wars: The Ultimate Pop-Up Galaxy is definitely going to be something for collectors to hold on to. One look at the book makes a reader understand how difficult something like this is to produce. In the age of digital publishing and streaming, Star Wars: The Ultimate Pop-Up Galaxy is comfort food for those of us who crave a tangible piece of the galaxy far, far away.

Each copy is individually numbered and signed by Matthew Reinhart. This is one of the coolest things I've had the pleasure of looking at and it would be a fantastic addition to any collector's shelf. These pop-up dioramas are so complex. I've gone through this book dozens of times and still find new elements. It really is the gift that keeps on giving while letting you feel like you get to touch a piece of Star Wars.
