Yeah, that part sucks, but it hasn't bothered me to much so far.

Additionally, has anyone else noticed how freakin' glitchy this game is. I often can't finish missions because of the glitches, not to mention the lack of blueprints when I finish leveling up a crew member.

 

once in a while lighting doesn't load for me so everything is dark but ive been able to finish missions.
I have gotten stuck on stairs or in the floor a few times, but at least it doesnt take a long time to get through a mission. I'm just happy there is always something 'to do' for free and you dont have to pay to win. world of tanks is great entertainment for free too

Blueprints:
Completing or finding a full set of gear

You can also get them by upgrading a weapon.

You need a blueprint to upgrade, but they are not consumed by the upgrade. So, once you unlock a blueprint you can use it infinite times.
It is usually only higher end crew that will need weapon blueprints to upgrade.

I know right? I think with a higher rank we will have more notoriety and more people will want to join. once we get to 20 we can start competing with others.

Has anyone completed the story yet?

 

I have, there's not much to write home about at this point however. Things were starting to get promising, but the players have to free the Bespin system before the story can proceed, which will probably take quite a while.

 

How far along is that?

 

Once you hit level 40 there are about 5 or 6 missions left I think, then it is grind for gear and wait for enough players to hit 40 and run assault missions on Bespin.

 

Ah okay.

 

Uggghhh ... still won't work on my phone. I've been needing to get an upgrade anyways, this gives me the perfect excuse to do so.

I have to say, this game was alright for a little bit, but honestly I have no desire to ever play it again at this point. Its basically a mobile MMO with all the grind, but hardly any of the fun or polish of an actual MMO, and I don't like full MMOs to begin with. The story was bare bones and merely OK at its best and the gameplay is simply boring. Anything further that pops up in the story is not likely to be very important to canon, and even if it is, I'll just read the cliff notes on wookieepedia after the fact. Just everything about this game is meh, I hoped against hope that this mobile game would be different, but that simply isn't the case. I think most all Star Wars fans time would be better spent elsewhere. Lets hope that most future Star Wars releases are not of the mobile variety.
