Straight off the crazy train: Female Tusken Warrior is Omega.

 

Moisture farmers probably just simply aren't looking for it.

The Tuskens... who's to say they don't know? This could be their most well-kept secret. After all, those water pods under the sand that they utilize have to come from somewhere

 

Holy Cow, THAT's the stunt woman behind the Tuskin female warrior???!? Wow. Her performance has been simply amazing. Another 'faceless' actor who had an great pantomime performances in The Mandalorian was Misty Rosa who played the Frog Lady.

 

Boba owes Mace Windu a head removal.

 

I hear ya, @Xeven !!! On the speculation list of surprise appearances in the season finale, Mace Windu is pretty high up on the list.

 

Or Omega is the head of the crime syndicates. That one would be fun.

 

LOL @The dinh ! Or combine both of your jaw-droppers: The chieftess survived the attack on the Tusken Village -- and is revealed to be Boba's long-lost sister, Omega, who also is head of the crime syndicates.

 

My prediction by series ends is that Boba will hand over rule to Fennec & leave Tatooine to go off on a new adventure after all baddies are dead.

 

The only predictions I can make is that there is still no way to know who can be trusted.

Danny and the Rancor - nope, immediately nope

Black Krrsantan - still nope (it's an old ruse, get publicly fired by one crew, join the rival one and then betray them)

The Pykes - yeah sure

Stephen Root - do me a favour

Fennec - I have a bad feeling. She's withholding something

The Mods - they can be bought with a new pair of chelsea boots, not to be trusted.



I think it's still possible that the final chapter of the Book of Boba Fett sees the new boss of Tatooine riding around Mos Espa on his Rancor just ripping up devouring everybody that gets in his way. Pykes, Mods, Niktos, Jawas, Trandosians, Wookies...sportos, the motorheads, geeks, sluts, bloods, wastoids, dweebies, ... etc. Last shot he turns to the camera and shrugs . "In order to be great man, one cannot be a good man... See you around, kids."

 

Yeah she's the only one who seems to have accepted Boba without any qualms. Even the water merchant gave him some static. Too good to be true. (like the gift of the Rancor)

 

Anyone with a list or ideas for who Boba will recruit? It would make a cool poll.

It seems in some form Din may get involved due to the his theme music, Bo-Katan has an army and will likely setup thing s leading into The Mandalorian Season 3 and the Pykes were a part of those who invaded Mandalore.
He's got a bunch of bounty hunting buddies I hope we will see, if they're still around I hope we get IG-88 and Bosk.
There's also other crime organizations who may have interest in taking out the Pykes as well.
I'm not knowledgeable enough to make a good (full) list as some here could.

I'm not sure who Boba will recruit but I can make a list of characters I strongly suspect we'll see in these last three episodes. They are (in no order): Din Djarin, Grogu, Bo-Katan, Cobb Vance, Bossk, and Cad Bane. And that list doesn't include a likely 'surprise' cameo in the finale (hmmm...de-aged Harrison Ford? Karen Gillan as Mara Jade? Mark Hamill as Luke again? Emila Clark as Qi'ra?)
