    ....you think back on the TFA trailers and realize that the close-up-slow-motion-badass shot which introduced us to Captain Phasma, was about 1 second before she gets wrecked by the speeding giant furball that is Chewbacca.

    That actually made me laugh in cinema because off all the Collider pundits saying before TFA was out "Gwendoline Christie is going to be awesome and pivotal to the main story". I hate collider.

    I wonder how Phasma get out of the compactor in 5 minutes before Starkiller exploded but she has to be judged for high treason.

    I hope not, her acting was my only gripe for the Force Awakens. Totally redundant character. They should keep her role either limited or non-existant

    I think that was because she wasn't really given anything to work with and she was cast/used literally "just because."

    It was a little disappointing but I definitely think we'll see more of her in Episode 8 and Canon.

    Precisely at 1:22:17 : Kylo Ren passes before Hux and he says "Hey buddy. Last movie I suggested you to use a clone army. Now I suggest you to use a girl to command it. Ya know, the same Vhlor as the one who deactivated the shields on StarKiller and then dove into a compactor. I have her silver armor if you want it.".
