Would be strange if they would admit their user scores are 'unreliable'. I'm more suprised at how serious they take these user scores. Its the critics score that always takes precedence on these kind of sites exactly because they can be verified.

It will go down in history as the worst Star wars film.

 

It's been addressed several times. It's a PR piece. Deal with the real evidence; the QZ article and the Facebook page a guy linked where someone is admitting he is using bots to push down the score.

 

Why would they admit a mistake. The critics around the globe raved this movie. The box-office is doing amazingly well. Why would they admit a mistake when they haven't made one.

That is unfortunate state of things. 54% audience approval after one week of the film in cinemas can not be result of hacking.

Some fans in their honesty and good will think that the other fans who think the film is troublesome(serriously troublesome) are in fact bad fans, or evil , stupid people.

Unfortunately for us all, many fans ,but not just fans but to much significant part of general audience see this film as "troublesome"( I am using picked mild word from now ).

Because it is a honor to be Star Wars fan, because to be Star Wars fan was a rich legacy that was backed by the films that hold peple in their seats.

That foundation is now shaken.

 

I'd agree with it if we didn't have evidence of someone gleefully announcing they were flooding it with negative bots. And claiming none could stop him. I think it's page 19 or 20.

Believe me I wouldn't being arguing this point, but there are people refusing to see the evidence and just saying "it's worst film in trilogy because of this" without any basis or fact.

Like many, I joined up to help change this mess. Do you really want RJ to do three more films ? If so, tell him to call the films something else.

In the netherlands it is 4.3/5 now. I friend of mine who lives in France told me the French dubbing of TLJ was rather cheesy and almost horrible because some of the script was pretty much untranslatable in french. Might this have played a roll?
