    I remember seeing the original version in the theater and it was great. When Lucas did the special editions, the only thing he changed that I did not like was Han not shooting first. I saw those in the theater and they were great too. Lucas never did anything that detracted from the overall story with the special editions, so I do not mind any of them. Actually, the Xwing battle in ANH was very cool on the big screen.

    Honestly, I don't think the Special Edition had enough wrong with it for this to be an issue. You could easily just cut out the parts you don't like if you have any form of video editing software. Darth Vader's "Nooo!" and Han shooting second are obviously harder, but they are also very easy to overlook.
