SPECULATION The Black X-Wing

Point taken, and I agree, I was simply trying to point out how some of the plot lines may cross on some of these speculations on storyline. I understand we won't know until we know, but some of these get down the road for enough they start to blur from where they started. I was only trying to backup a moment and take stock of how someone got to where they are...

Haha I'm not well versed in the EU at all, but I do know about the Jacen/Jaina sotryline and like you said it definitely seems like the story's shaping up that way.

 

I like to read both sides of star wars, it's interesting all round.

Since I had no help at the time I found it on google images, decided to take a browse as for the blonde babe not sure.

 

The positions of those X-wings moved around on different days of that shoot too. Seems there was one full-scale silver/grey/blue one and one full-scale black version, the rest were just cut-outs.
At one point the black one had moved one bunker closer to the Falcon than in the photo you posted. The lighter one moved around a little too, seemingly, swapping sides between the two bunkers closest to the Falcon. Not sure if there is anything you can read into the movements though...

 

It's realy hard to judge but nontheless the props are looking really good.

 

Although it seems like he might be in the black X-Wing in the trailer, it definitely not clear. If he is the explanation of why it is not in the next scene of the trailer might be because he may be out in front and just not seen in that shot. I guess we just have to wait and see

 

This black xwing maybe be part of a new squadron called Black Squadron, lead by Black Leader.

That's a good possibility. We know the X-Wing was built because of the photo's. It will be very interesting to see if or when it shows up in the movie as we really don't have anything more to go on than the photo we've seen.

 

I just saw the layout it was similar to the TN, except for the giant temple on top of it.

 

Do you guys think that the new X wing's use R2 droids or any type of support droid?

 

I agree 100%. It would seem wrong without the droids.

 

Off course they are needed to keep the xwing working, plus when do droids get out from fixing other ship, in a space battle off course.

 

The blonde is called Amaiza, an old acquaintance of Han Solo. She was the second skimpily-attired female created by Marvel Comics after Jolli (Crimson Jack's partner-in-piracy). Loved the old comics - raw, camp, hammy and uninhibited by 'canon'.
