    I'm seeing it on the 14th at 6pm. I'm going on an internet blackout once the TLJ premiere red carpet is over and won't be coming back until I walk out of the theater.

    I plan on watching TFA earlier in the day, right before leaving for the theater but I don't really having anything else special planned. I'm hoping the time will pass quickly, assuming it's Christmas season I'm sure there will be plenty of things to do.

    they know i want to (should have seen me begging lol). due to jobs that week and a git that booked that day off before i could (to see TLJ) it actually works out that i'm on my own that afternoon.. and responsible for locking up :(

    it sucks being responsible. any normal person would call in sick, but i know i won't.

    edit: they know i want to leave early.... not that i want to be chained to a wall @FN-3263827 :p

    I'm throwing my usual pre-release Star Wars party for my family and friends.

    -Buffet of Star Wars themed foods, labelled the "Admiral Snackbar"
    -Tabletop X-wing
    -Battlefront 2 on multiple TVs
    -Star Wars movies and music going all day long

    Then onto a 9:45 Thursday night showing, 10:15 Friday night showing, and 12:15 Saturday matinee.

    My son and I prepare ourselfs since I have - complete selflessly as I am used to be - checked out BFII. We duell in BF (for ex. Kylo-Rey-Luke lightsabre battles).
    We made a little SW fan fiction film ( and my son filled in lightsabre blades and sound effects with AfterEffects). I was the old baddy as always, he and his sister are Jedi. They always win.
    We watched all rebels episodes of saison 3 in a row last weekend. The preparations will go on like above...
    till I meet my son in the train station of our nearby city after work/school and we take the tramway together to the theatre...
    the rest is pure TLJ celebration
    Yeeeeaaaaah :D

    It is my fav book (A Certain Point of View is my 2nd fav) that they have put out since Uncle George sold the franchise. I love the format.

    I cannot wait for this movie! For those of you who know me from TRB, you know I like dressing up and also great Star Wars shirts. I will be becoming Kylo Ren very soon for the TLJ premiere. I recently did a very quick throw together version for Halloween, but by the time the film drops, I will be in a much better costume for opening night. Here was my Halloween version I threw together:

    I have never gone spoiler-free before and we are soooo close to the movie and there is still pretty much all the important stuff that has not leaked yet. Should I pull the plug on my spoiler viewing this time?

    I always try to stay away from major spoilers, minor ones i read as i think they will not really impact the experience in the cinema.
