SPECULATION The end of the movie and Skellig Michael

    I can't wait for this scene to go down. So I thought I'd take a creative aspect on what his clip will entail.

    I picture Rey landing on an island - likely the only island on an entire planet covered by water. I think that would be pretty freaking cool. Imagine that is where Luke is because nobody realizes land is present. Maybe Luke even spread the water or changed the tide using the force which is how this island is built in the first place.

    Rey lands the Falcon and begins to move up the island. According to a recent article in the New York Times, "On the ride back to Portmagee, Mr. O’Driscoll told me, 'The ‘Star Wars’ people spent a lot of time in the monastery.' I imagined Luke Skywalker in one of the dank beehive cells, crouching as the monks had centuries before, marooned on the island with his demons."

    However, I wonder if when Rey walks up the steps of the castle and into a hut, it is the force calling her to the right hut (or they could just film one hut) and inside is actually the Hang Em Cave in Vietnam.

    Sounds pretty darn awesome! I remember about a year ago there were some screenshots that were supposedly of Luke in a cave at Skellig Michael.

    I just love the terrain and geography of skelig michael island and if you add that to that big cave, ohh myy...probably will be my favorite enviroment of the saga.

    Rey, Chewbacca, and BB-8 then get into the Falcon and take off.

    Things are going to be alright, is what the Wookiee is trying to say, as far as I can tell.

    I imagine like all Star Wars films, the end is silent with music playing. That’s just my take though. But it seems likely here.

    I know I don't like that either.
    I have waited 33 years to see Luke Skywalker and according to them I get a finale of the normal STAR WARS music only ending and a shot of LUKE and his hand...

    Good gawd please do not be true....

    NOTE: I'll take him at least speaking that fricken BABY GURL thing just to here him speak...

    Exactly. And seeing it play out in that format up there really only solidifies my feelings on this being the biggest middle finger ever to an audience if true.

    if that is true it's a wonder why Boyega retracted how he felt about the film and how people would take it.

    Yep. And with that, they've also killed any chance of seeing the big 3 together again ever in a movie, so we won't be getting that in any sequels, either. A once in a lifetime opportunity will have been completely wasted.

    I really, REALLY hope Hollywood isn't that out of touch....
