    The Music was amazing....so many new variations of the force theme.... would love to hear those in TLJ but apparently this was audio editing and not a new John Williams score.... anyone could get just the music out of the trailer???

    I wonder if ANY of those lines will be in the movie or if they were just for the teaser. Mark did say he recorded lines for it.

    Can't say I envy ya. @Viral Hide might, though - he's a huge Michael Bay fan.

    Just bear in mind that social media doesn't determine how well a movie does, though. F8 just had 1.5M conversations and its looking as though its domestic run will pass $200M but not go too much further than that. Both it and TTLK are going to make a substantial majority of their totals overseas.
    "I only know one truth..." might be it, though. It sounds distinctly different from "It's time for the Jedi... To end." in that it was recorded. Although I've also heard some people say they think the latter part of the line is just dubbed over what Luke is actually saying in that scene.

    Right, but he might be saying something else during that particular scene. I believe the line is in there more for the sake of expressing Luke's sentiment in the context of a trailer without it actually being in the movie.

    I believe two of the books that are shown in TLJ teaser included the Journal of the Whills, and also the Journal of Ben Kenobi, which Luke is seen to have in his possession in the canon comics by marvel, between episodes IV and V ( he reads the stories from it and learns more about the Jedi through it.) This would be very interesting indeed! Love the comics and it would be great to see them connected into the main saga in a subtle way that it wouldn't matter for the casual fan to notice, but would drive us guys crazy!

    LOVED the trailer, yah de yah de yah etc. etc.

    But was anyone else a bit unimpressed with the CGI of the 'Resistance skimmer' on Crait? The way it bounces when it hits the ground doesn't look quite right to me. The whole thing looks like it lacks weight and needs a bit more work done on it.

    Doesn't look too bad, similar to an impact that a small airplane would make. On this planet, the surface is a salt layer so probably quite soft, hence the bounce. No doubt the vehicle is slightly damaged after this. Should be an epic battle scene!

    Makes one wonder if the pilot doesn't know how to fly this thing, or if the pilot is struggling with the flight controls. There's no moke from being hit, so it could be under Force influence or two persons having a fight inside the cockpit.

    I think the general consensus is that Finn and/or Rose are flying this and they don't know what the f**k they're doing. Although I also think it's meant to look a lot like pod racing from TPM.

    Probably a lot of people noticed this already, but anyway... let's contribute in some sort.

    So... I'll let you guys imagine. Luke was doing some long reading about the Jedi in his exile.
    Maybe the "it's time for the Jedi to end" scene is right after a dialogue between Luke and Ray about the ancient Jedi and the reasons for the creation of a Jedi order. Just a hypothesis of course.

    I just finished editing the Teaser for Last Jedi. I made the music "disappear" and inserted the sound effects, which was a lot of work, hope u like it :)
    (and it shows how important Williams is... xD)
