    Interesting tidbit: while the original title in English keeps a certain mystery - Jedi can be singular or plural, male or female - this won't be true in some translations. For instance, in Romance languages (like Spanish) the word "last" has different variations specific to both gender and plurality (ultimo, ultima, ultimos, ultimas).

    So, let's keep an eye out for the international titles :)

    My initial reaction was it's not very imaginative, but the more I think about it it's not bad. As someone on twitter has just pointed out to me Jedi in singular is the same as in plural so it could refer to both Rey & Luke rather than just Luke, if you get me.

    Other posts have correctly reminded me that we've had red text before, e.g. Revenge of the Jedi teasers poster and some of the ROTJ ads, but it's never been used on the 'crawl font' has it?

    I have read no spoilers so this is my gut reaction to the title: Luke gets killed in Episode 8 and Rey IS the last Jedi.
