I enjoyed the first season a lot but the second got kind of frustrating for me. Does it get better? I could give it another chance.

How did the S2 frustrate you ? I absolutely loved it so I can't know if you'll like S3.

Well, it's been a while since I watched it, and I didn't get very far into it. I think it kind of suffered from that "Have to add in a ton of new things for the sequel" syndrome, while I was still wanting them to give more answers for what happened in season one.

I also thought that the Prehistoric opening was really cool for the season, but it didn't seem to be going anywhere. Again, I may have just quit too early.

I don't know what you're expecting but S2 is for me a total masterpiece. And yes, there is a thing with the prehistoric start.

Do we have the answers ? We have some but there is still a lot of left for s3.

I can't say you'll like it but I can say you'll never see something like this on TV !

Well, my wife also wants me to give it another try, so I may just have to check it out again.

This show keeps getting better and better every year. I love that there is one episode left and I have absolutely no idea what's going to happen. Between this, American Gods, and Twin Peaks there is an embarrassment of riches when it comes to surreal premium TV right now.

I think the best part is that 1 episode out from the end, I still have no idea whether anything supernatural is actually happening or if it will all turn out to be people going nuts due to unexplainable grief. I don' even know which I want to happen. The end of the most recent episode seems to lean towards the insane grief angle, but it wouldn't be the first time they pulled back and went quickly in the opposite direction.

I was (and still am a huge fan of lost) but with this show Lindelof has definitely learned the lessons of that show by managing to keep things as ambiguous as possible so that it never feels hokey.

I think we'll have the answer with Nora going to the other side and somehow departing.

She's becoming the woman we saw at the end of S3E1.

That's interesting. I had taken that to mean...

...that the machine would fail and she would end up living the rest of her life in Australia in a solitary existence.
