It’s the ears. Force attenuators!

 

This should be a thing.. Tickle Me Yoda who says “concentrate!”

 

It was pandering and derivative of the OT. Felt like 'more of the same.' All I ever wanted was a simple space adventure and that's what I got. It's not rocket science to create stories in this setting. Loved it. 10 out of 10 from me.

 

Will there be a scene where the Mandalorian has baby Yoda on his back?

 

To bring balance to the fandom we need this (pandering) and some of Rian Johnson’s risky business.

 

I believe the Whills have been identified as a different species...in the Clone Wars cartoon...don't quote me on that. But if I'm right this is an opportunity to actually identify Yoda's species if they are indeed a seperate species from the Whills. Either its pretty awesome.

 

In that very moment was when baby Yoda was conceived.

 

I have to say, I liked it A TON more on second viewing (and first I liked it fine, just was nitpicky)

 

I have to say, I enjoyed it the first time, but yeah the second time I thought it was even better. I was so excited the first time I missed the music. The second time I was able to concentrate (probably because when I first watched it the coffee hadn't yet totally woke me up), and I was really impressed. The call backs, the little details... Wow. The music was perfect. I was super impressed with what Jon F. and Dave F. came up with. I hope the series continues to live up to this standard.

 

Yoda actually will be dead. Mando takes place after ROTJ.

Did he watch the same episode as we did?

Wasn't as long as I was expecting and didn't really break many new boundaries but it was really enjoyable all the same.

Looking forward to seeing more and seeing where they take it.

Did it transport you like the movies did? I am curious in earnest, becausr its why I will subscribe to Disney+ or not.

 

Yes, it did, and even moreso on second viewing because that is when I let my automatic nitpicking program relax. First viewing, I was enthralled, hyper critical, and after watching couldn't wait to see again and also see next episode.

Feloni is better at Star Wars than Lucas himself.

 

I really enjoyed it, the feeling I mostly felt was Joy as it was something new but also very familiar with so many references.

I just wish it was longer than 36/38 minutes as going by the first episode it stands on its own very well.

I can’t get Disney+ in my country but funny enough I found a site earlier that had a stream that I can share with you - simply so you also can report the site in question to the proper authorities also.
