    The Phantom Menace takes place 32 BBY, and The Mandalorian takes place 9 ABY, so if the baby Yoda is 50 years old, he was around before the prequels.

    you have to think that Yodling being 50 years old, not 40 or 60 for example is important. It seems far too much of a coincidence that is very close to Anakin's birth date, and somehow this connection will be important. @Angelman first brought this date being close in a recent post.

    I am hoping Babyoda is a unique character like Master Vandar and Yaddle. Clone stories tend to destroy a franchise, look at “Spider-Man The Clone Saga” and “The Force Unleashed II” where Starkiller had hundreds of clones; it causes you to not care what happens to a character if they can just come back; your emotional investment disappears.

    Those are definitely good ones. I also like and very much identify with the line from the Mandalorian about weapons being a part of his religion.
