The Mandalorian S1E3

I thought the Mando identified Babyoda as an "enemy" because he'd turned him in for bounty and thinking of him as the enemy was the Mando's way of coping with what he'd done.

I am inclined not to think the Mandalorians think of non-Mandalorians as enemies, first because I'm not even totally sure the Mando is a blood Mandalorian...as a foundling he might have been adopted into the tribe. Secondly, the Mando didn't seem to have any issues with Kuiil and really seemed to think of him with respect and even friendship. On the other hand, The Way seems pretty restrictive and extremely cautious about how the tribe interacts with the outside world...however, I'd say that's more about secrecy and survival than strictly about seeing others as enemies.

 

Even in a relationship Mandos never take their masks off. They kiss through nudging their helms together.

 

Of course. The culture is a mix of Death Watch and something else. Rebels of a sort. That’s how they survive.

 

The only time a Mando’s mask is taken off is if their helm is damaged beyond repair or in a requiem; however, most Mandos prefer to be burned on a pyre with their helms left on to keep The Way.

I am making this up as I go.

 

Ridiculous. We are making educated guesses based on complete fiction and awesomeness. However, Mandos were always ahead of the game with weaponry and tactics, hence their reputation in Star Wars. Hence their reproduction may be somewhat informal. ‍♂️

It’s all good. The Mandalorians are by far the most intriguing race in SW (IMHO). Their Samurai and Spartan similiarities fused with modern tech and weaponry makes them the bada$$ race to beat.

They are the thread from beyond expose them to the unknown regions and they turn into little monsters like the gremlins.

Actually they would like to take off their helmets from time to time, but after a while the facial hair sits so tight, they can't take them off anymore.

I watched several youtubers and read several articles in casual sites discussing is he Boba or not. Even there was a video why George made the Fetts fake intentional, etc. Most of them get it right after some explanations why and when and etc., so no, most of people get it right, I mean the fans for sure, and the rest they just ask and get answered. There are so many fans that it cannot go wrong for long Some people prefer to wait until the series end and then to watch them all at once, simply cannot wait a week to get the next episode So that's my challenge now, trying hard not to spoil them with my thoughts.

The material they need is the midichlorians, can't be anything else really..
I'm sure they want the yodling for someway of resurrecting or cloning the Emperor or Snoke, maybe cloning using a normal being without force sensitivity hasn't worked and that's why they need a yodling.
or a big twist that Snoke was the Emperor but kept aging bodies quickly and needed a more powerful level of midichlorian to get back to full strength for longer (not sensing his apprentice was about to turn on him for example)

Yodling I feel must either be a clone or was produced by the force when The Emperor created Anakin, cue "The Dark rises and the Light to meet it", as Anakin was created by The Emperor he can't really be the chosen one can he..

I honestly wasn't prepared for just how glorious this show is. Was gonna wait for the whole season but I watched the first 3 eps today. Only thing I hate is the short length, low number of episodes and weekly wait for the next chapter. Otherwise this is literally the best thing ever.

I haven't read any spoilers or anything about future episodes but that baby yoda bounty was the First Order capturing force sensitive children for some reason right? Would be cool of Snoke and Hux sr play a role in future episodes.

Shows like The Sopranos/BB etc I discovered after they had finished so I got to binge watch them to conclusion, I don't normally follow a series from the start, I'm not used to this waiting and it's going to be absolutely agonising :'(

 

The anticipation and conversation between episodes increases the enjoyment for me.

At first I was also displeased by the shorter episodes, but to be honest I prefer shorter than full of psycho grammatical moments and boring dialogs and self reveals. Just action and stunning views from the universe.

Which planet is the action taking place? In wikia it is called a volcanic plane ... there must be thousands of volcanic planets in the universe ( also in the outer rim ) btw also Arvala-7 and Karnac
