    I agree. I liked 2 and 3. Each movie. I liked how we got to see Zion in 3. Zion was amazing.
    I read that in 4, Zion is no more. Hmmmm.

    The new trailer was shown at CinemaCon. Descriptions have been posted stating how awesome it is and I'm pissed. It has not been made public. I'm growing impatient.

    The visuals are good, but anything else is too early to judge. But I think my theory about people knowing what the Matrix is and thus can decide whether they want to live in in or not, is true.

    You should go and check out the Trailer press reactions from CinemaCon. I'm really really hyped about this and Dune.

    Yes. I noticed right away that's it hasn't been shot in a green color palette which IMO feels very refreshing. Those sunsets. I'm seeing a lot of shots bathed in sunset light. Beautiful.

    was it all you’d hope for LP?

    looks like it lost more than just the green-tone, the goth cyberpunk stuff, the music, Agent Smith and Fishburne are MIA too.

    oddly, one of the more questionable aspects of the first sequel - The Merovingian - IS back though

    Ya Ya is the new Morpheus but with a rumored twist. Jonathan Groff is the new Smith.
    Yes it's what I hoped for but pleasantly and surprisingly different in a gritty less shiney way. I like it.

    I haven't even seen all the Matrix movies (I saw the first one like twenty years ago when I was really young, and maybe saw part of the second movie), but I was sold on this by the first thirty seconds of the trailer.

    I love that in the new film the Matrix is blue (blue color grading, people are wearing blue stuff- for example Neil Patrick Harris' character is wearing blue glasses), while the real world is associated with red. Just like the blue and red pills.

    Great trailer.

    Yahya was brilliant
    as the new Dr Manhattan
    in Watchmen, so I’m hoping he will be up to the job

    Thanks to my kids love of Frozen though, I’m really gonna struggle to unlink Groff from his Disney character :D

    I'm not sure if the videos mention this or not as I haven't watched them yet. But notice that Neil Patrick Harris' glasses. They have a blue tint which is a reference to the blue pill.

    Also in the same room there is a half blue and red butterfly.
