Honestly, this is a bit of a red flag for me. Historically, letting your general manager pick your staff leads to all sorts of mismatches and split loyalties. The Colts are a special exception to this, as their staff was assembled by a guy who is no longer there (and arguably never was), but in Denver, they'd be hired by Elway - who I don't think is going away any time soon. Fangio is setting himself up to be a puppet.

Gruden has a hard-on for fullbacks, so I'm guessing they'll play exclusively in I-Formation.

Tucson Raiders always travel single-file to hide their numbers.

And these blast points, too accurate for Raider teams. Only Joe Montana was so precise.

    Honestly, it's a great marriage.

I think this situation is Elway's to mess up right now. Denver under Fangio cannot be worse than Denver under Vance Joseph. Denver fans should be excited.

I'll say this much, Denver is back to being a contender next year if they get Flacco from Baltimore. Vic is an evil genius and Kubiak knows how to wake an elite dragon from slumber.

Now I just hope we get Todd Bowles before Tampa Bay does!

I thought I heard that this was already a done deal? Bowles to Tampa, that is.

That would be a very intriguing combination... I would really like to see that happen actually.

    Nope. Sneaky Bowles didn't commit.

Go to the team that has the worst defensive roster in the league or go to the team that has the best defensive roster? Imagine what Bowles would WANT to do with the players we have.

Meanwhile what does Doug Pederson do? Bring out icecream of course! Showing those Andy Reid coaching roots.

Looks like you were right about the Ravens. They just fired their OC.

Interesting guy to replace him with too. Greg Roman got the best years out of Tyrod Taylor and his 49ers Kaepernick offense got them a 44-19-1 record, 3 appearances in the NFC Championship, and 1 appearance in the Superbowl.

TBF, it was also their defense that got them there.
But yeah, he's gonna be a good fit for that roster. My only concern is that he isn't the best playcaller and he had issues with red zone offense in the Niners.

    Goodbye Daddy Fangio.
    Hello Papa Pagano!

I can dig it. His experience beating cancer will come in handy with how our fanbase has been the past week.

Damn, this could be the sole reason @MadsLad hops on over to the Bears.
Greg Roman is responsible for drafting up the running game that we came out swinging with after the bye week, but he wasn't responsible for the playcalling and the way that running game was utilized. He has great chemistry with Lamar, so I don't see any downsides to this yet. Promoting within the organization is a distinctly Ravens thing to do and to be honest, I don't see a better candidate in the league right now. Kubiak fits more with a traditional quarterback like Darnold.

Well the weather at Arrowhead sure looks fun to play in . Maybe not as bad as Buffalo last year but if Mahomes start pulling me f some of his crazy no look passes in this weather then KC deserve a SB shot also how much effect will the Colts being a Dome team come into play in these conditions ?

    Apparently A LOT.

Vinatieri missed a freaking 23 yarder!
