The keto diet joke with the bun and the interception calendar bits had me rolling!

Brought to you by "You can't trade me, I'm the franchise":

Mike Tomlin is the greatest manager of players of all time if he could contain this amount of lunacy for so long.

thinking I probably shouldn't have taken AB in 2 of my 3 fantasy leagues.....

So, if he is suspended, it voids his $30m in guarantees.

    I love it.

    This is not his year.

The Patriots signed him to a one year deal less than twelve hours after he got released by the Raiders. Tom Brady will now throw to three out of the only four wide receivers in the league that have a 1600 yard season. If they decide to part ways, New England will get a compensatory pick. Oakland gave up a third and a fifth draft pick so Antonio could be signed by the Patriots, and the Steelers are paying 21 million in guaranteed money so their former star wide receiver could play for the Patriots.

Oh, and it looks like Gronk is coming back?

Tom Brady has outlasted Peyton Manning and Peyton Manning's replacement.

    It's just not fun anymore.

Brady now has a receiving corps of Antonio Brown, Julian Edelman and Josh Gordon, which is the kind of air attack you don’t usually see outside of a four-team fantasy football league with your grandparents and your dog. It's 2007 all over again. Who wants to take bets it's gonna take a meme QB from the NFC to beat an undefeated NE team in February once again?

Here's a fun fact as I enjoy some sweet schadenfreude. Baker Mayfield had just as much interceptions as Lamar Jackson had incompletions. Their final stat lines as passers:

    Lamar: 17/20 (85%), 324 yards, 5 TDs, 0 INTs
    Baker: 25/38 (66%), 285 yards, 1 TDs, 3 INTs

Some interesting franchise records broken or tied:

Most points scored in a game with 59.
Most total yards of offense in a game with 643.
Lamar Jackson is the first Ravens quarterback with a perfect 158.3 passer rating.
Lamar Jackson had the highest completion percentage for a Ravens quarterback with 85%.
Lamar Jackson tied the franchise record with 5 passing touchdowns in a game.

People laughed it off when he made this statement a week ago, but damn it if he didn't just absolutely blow away all expectations, especially since the Dolphins' secondary is supposed to be the one thing in that entire roster that's supposed to work.

The Lions offense looks so damn crisp and far more imaginative than it used to be under Jim Bob Cooter last year.

This 9ers/Buccs match might be the worst game in the history of professional football. 5 TDs got called back by penalties and there are flags on literally every play. Edit: actually we might have a game here
I think it's gonna be Dak.

I'm fully expecting us to lose this game to a last second FG, but proud of the fight we showed. Sadly, Vinny is going to get a lot of heat throughout the upcoming week... deservedly so.
I had to start Lamar this week on my fantasy team for obvious reasons.
Guy freaking won me 40 points all by himself!

MAN... Ekeler just killed Gordon's contract aspirations.
Good game Chargers, you guys deserve the win.

Whenever I'm not tending the bar, pretty much. My body may have failed me but I am forever a Colt in my heart. Now how about that one handed Malik Hooker interception last night?

My favorite Colts play of the season so far!

I saw that as it happened live and I couldn't believe how effortless it looked. Amazing play!!

Rough way to start the season, but it's clear that there is still A LOT of fight left in this team. Credit to Reich and Co. for keeping everyone focused. Really excited to see what they do in the coming weeks.

It's Purple Reign in the team statistics so far. @Alamact I would be VERY ecstatic about the season if I were you.
